Unique Construction Inc. sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have asked us about a construction project and have given their express written consent to be contacted by SMS. Messages relate to your inquiry and your project — we do not send unrelated marketing blasts.

What Messages You Will Receive

  • Replies and follow-up about a proposal or estimate you requested
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for site visits and walkthroughs
  • Project status updates and coordination while work is under way
  • Occasional service updates relevant to your project

How You Give Consent

You give consent by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website and submitting your mobile number, or by texting us first. The box is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can request and receive a proposal, and hire us, without ever agreeing to receive text messages.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us.
